Astra EXO
The Astra EXO is a small multirotor uniquely identifiable by its spherical cage. This protection mechanism allows the EXO to sustain low energy impacts while being able to safely roll along any surface including ceilings and walls.
In addition to the innovative housing, the Astra EXO contains three separate flight cameras which provide the pilot with multiple perspectives. Two of these cameras can be set at specific angles and record HD (1080p 60fps) video. The craft is also fitted with two high-powered LED modules which can be positioned in several locations depending on mission requirements.

Aerial Surveying
Astra Drone Solution’s primary survey involves capturing a dense coverage of geo-referenced aerial images (RGB, Infrared or Near-Infrared) and a process known as photogrammetry. Surveys typically result in a Ground Sample Distance (GSD) up to 20mm per pixel, and with the addition of known ground survey points, can achieve an absolute accuracy <100mm horizontally and <150mm vertically.
A common output from a survey would be a high resolution 3D terrain model (DEM/DTM) from which measurements and calculations can be made.
